Freight
All orders are shipped via LTL freight carriers and are sent freight charges collect unless otherwise specified. The products come boxed, palletized, and wrapped with stretch film.

Terms & Credit
All initial orders are prepaid (check or credit card) or you may request a credit application for 15 to 30 day terms.

Lead Time
Once the order has been placed, contact will be made by one of our highly trained representative within the same business day, and it generally takes 2-3 weeks to process. Expedited processing is available upon request, but it subject to our production schedule and may not always be possible.
